Backing up items off Desktop

You can backup particular items by simply double-clicking on their shortcuts on your computer's Desktop. Just create a shortcut to a backup item on Desktop and open it when it is necessary.

To create an item's shortcut on Desktop:

1. Right-click on the item to create a shortcut for.
2. Click Create Shortcut on the menu that appears.

The shortcut will appear on your computer's Desktop.

To remove an item's shortcut from Desktop:

1. Right-click on the shortcut to be deleted.
2. Select Delete on the menu that appears.
3. Click Yes in response to the confirmation prompt
